Decree 86/2018 of the Government takes effect from August 1, regulating foreign cooperation and investment in the field of education.
According to this Decree, foreign-invested preschool and general education institutions are allowed to accept Vietnamese students into foreign educational programs without age limit. Current regulations do not allow Vietnamese students under 5 years old to study in foreign programs).
The number of Vietnamese students studying foreign educational programs must be less than 50% of the total number of students at the institution. In addition, Vietnamese students studying foreign education programs must learn compulsory contents according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Fee for appraisal of environmental impact assessment report to nearly 100 million dong

Agricultural production links are supported up to 10 billion VND
Decree 98/2018 of the Government, effective from August 20, stipulates policies to encourage the development of cooperation and association in the production and consumption of agricultural products.
According to this Decree, the projects linking the production and consumption of agricultural products are supported 30% of investment capital in machinery and equipment; construction of infrastructure works in service of association (factories, wharves, warehouses in service of production, preliminary processing, preservation…); the total support level does not exceed 10 billion VND.
The State also supports 100% of the cost of link building consultancy, up to a maximum of 300 million VND (including consulting, research to build association contracts, joint projects…).
